TANZIRA: Journal of Innovation and Islamic Education Management (TANZIRA : JIMPI) is a scholarly journal published by the Nusa Education Center (NEC) Foundation as a platform for disseminating research findings, conceptual studies, and the development of scholarly knowledge in the field of Islamic education management. The journal aims to strengthen academic traditions and encourage the emergence of innovative ideas relevant to the dynamics of managing Islamic educational institutions at local, national, and global levels. TANZIRA is published regularly four times a year, in March, June, September, and December, and is committed to publishing high-quality manuscripts in the form of empirical research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers that offer new perspectives and practical solutions for strengthening adaptive and sustainable governance in Islamic education.


 The Focus and Scope of TANZIRA: Journal of Innovation and Islamic Education Management (TANZIRA : JIMPI) encompass comprehensive studies on Islamic education management, leadership and governance in Islamic education, and organizational management in Islamic education. The journal also pays particular attention to the management and institutional development of Islamic educational institutions, including human resource development in Islamic education, supervision and quality assurance in Islamic education, and institutional management of Islamic education. Furthermore, TANZIRA explores contemporary issues such as learning innovation in Islamic education, Islamic education policy, and the transformation of Islamic education management in response to social and technological change, Innovation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Learning Models and Designs, Innovation in Islamic Education Curriculum, and Digital Transformation in Islamic Education. Through this scope, TANZIRA seeks to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical management in Islamic education to foster governance that is excellent, adaptive, competitive, and oriented toward the public good (maslahah).
